how to do the NLP technique of pattern interrupt to change behaviour covertly
after you have found a real good anchor of someone, freefloating
around, you can go ahead and use it to change certain behaviour
patterns "on the run".
here is the how: stack the good anchor with a lot of good, and if I say
good, I do not mean good, but I mean goooooooooooooooooooood as in
60-days-of-sunshine-and-making-love-with-your-number-one-on-a-hot-
caribean-beach, so I say really goooooooooooooooooooood other anchors.
elicit them by going in the direction where you found the other anchor.
once you have them, and you hit the pattern to change, trigger the
stacked anchors, all at once. that way, the person will not be able to
do anything but burst into loughter while halfway into the pattern.
what happens? the pattern gets a reframe, and most probably are very
thorough one.
in the next entry, you will learn how to do the above with the blink of
an eye.
