how to practice NLP techniques like pacing for persuasion in every day like
Have you ever sat in the sub or bus and wondered how to use your time more profitably?
I mean yes, reading is fine, but there is so much there one can do, it is a whole training-ground in and of itself, why not use this great resource?
One great way is the following: You know how to pace, right? And you might have heard about the somewhat advanced technique of pacing the breath rhythm of your opposite.
Well, next time you wanna use this nlp technique to practice your nlp persuasion techniques, use the time you spend in public transport!
How? Simple! Look out of the window, and find the reflection of someone who sits close to you in the window. Look at them, but not in the eyes but at their shoulders, their belly, their chest (in a non-please-slap-me-lady-way) and practice seeing their breathing. look at how their shoulders move.
Even easier: Find someone who is talking. You can then hear and see when you are breathing in (though some people simple never breath in- i know, they always sit down next to me and get out their 3G phone and start a loud video call)
I will further elaborate on this in the next posts.
read u soon!
