How to practice using NLP(tm) Anchoring in every conversation persuasivly
NLP(tm) Anchors are all around us.
The new commercial you are saying bad things about to your friend, the
way a lady across the room plays with her hair, or in song texts like
"We all live in a yellow ...", or the sound that your mail program
makes when you get a new email.
They are there all the time, for the simple reason that they are the
reason why our brain works the way it does work.
The question is: How can you use "freefloating anchors" as John LaValle
calls them?
How can you practice the NLP(tm) technique of Anchoring in everyday
life?
Easily.
E.g.: You are having a conversation with a friend via skype. You talk
about this and that, suddenly your friend bursts into loughter about a
think you said that you didnt even intent to be funny.
There is anchor created right there, by the way you said it, the way
you spelled it, the way you took breaks in between the phrases.
You can test it by trying to reuse it. Not to often of course, as you
might collaps it then, but you can do so easily.
in the next entry, I will tell you how to use "freefloating anchors" to
do a covert pattern interrupt, basically nlp hypnosis, but covertly.
