how to trigger an NLP anchor and use a pattern interrupt with the blink of an eye

no, my mother tongue is not english, but i do know that i did mean
"with the blink of an eye" and not "within the blink of an eye" or "in
the ..."

howthehelltchadothat?

Well, you USE A F****** ANCHOR! - )

anchor the stacked anchors to a visual input, e.g. a certain way of
blinking your eye. test and tweak it.

then, when time has come to use your NLP technique of "using
freefloating anchors to stack them onto each other and do a pattern
change and thus a covert behaviour change" (patent pending), fire it
off.

do i say it is easy? well, depending on the point of view, yes.
depending on your level of skill, you might wanna start small.

and i do not say "level of experience", as i know some really
experienced NLPists, who do a lot wrong, for quite some time now.

in the next session, i will show you how to use the NLP technique of
chunking to come up with new ideas in a brainstorming.

keep evolving!
