How to use the nlp technique of anchoring to spice up your morning

recently, I found some anchors in my appartment.

they were hidden under a patina of everyday life, and i only realized
that they are there, because one day, i came out of the bathroom
totally awake and refreshed, even though it was after a 19 hour day and
i tend to get tired after 18 and a half.

i know i put them there, but did totally forget about them consciously.
yet still, they really still work, and work absolutly great.

i immediatly transfered one from its rigid position to "everytime i
touch a door knob", i.e. before a meeting with a client, before
entering a room, etc. of course, i programmed in some area where i do
not want it to work, e.g. my bedroom door knobs.

does this sound wired?

have you ever done something special on your couch, and next time you
sat there, you came to think about it again, or had the same sensations
again?

the same thing i did here with nlp anchors, spatially in this case.

just a quick update. in one of the next posts, i will talk about how to
use nlp anchoring at your workplace.

keep evolving!
